Both our Blanchard, MI and Mountain Home, TX facilities offer a convenient skinning service, designed to help keep taxidermists putting mounts out the door. We will turn, split, and salt your raw, frozen skins, then send them on to the tannery.

Tayler has worked for The Wildlife Gallery for almost 2 years now and is a crucial member of the finishing team. Tayler always comes in with an amazing positive attitude, stays focused, and is ready to work wherever she is needed. Tayler sets goals for herself and has continued to push herself to be better within the company. Outside of the WLG, Tayler enjoys spending time on the water, reading books, watching movies, listening to music, hunting, and hanging out with friends and family. Rita Alonzo is our Employee of the Month! Rita has been with The Wildlife Gallery for 5 years and brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the Shaving Team. She has a great work ethic, takes pride in her work, and consistently produces quality work. Rita is always willing to step up and help wherever she is needed. She has helped the Monday shift by checking pieces and training others, and she recently moved into the Turner Department to help out there as well. Rita’s experience, hard work, and willingness to help make her a valuable part of our team. Daniel Mendoza is our Employee of the Month! Daniel has been a part of our Texas team for almost 5 years and has proven himself to be a skilled skinner and beamer. He is an exceptional team member, and there is never a dull moment with him around. Daniel can make everyone laugh and genuinely seems to enjoy working; there is nothing he won’t tackle, and he helps everyone on the team. While away from work, he appreciates spending time with his family here and in Mexico. He enjoys playing soccer and working out in the gym. Thank you for all your hard work, Daniel! Hunter Irwin is our Mt. Pleasant Employee of the Year for 2025. Hunter began the year as a valued member of our shaving team, where he assisted with re-shaves, excelled in our attribute system, and was always willing to step in and help wherever needed. Later in the year, Hunter transitioned his skills and positive attitude to our Receiving/Maintenance department. He quickly took off learning the computer system and has played a key role in ensuring customers are properly received and coded accurately. His attention to detail and commitment to doing each job correctly have greatly strengthened the department. Hunter’s eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and consistently positive presence make him an invaluable part of the Wildlife Gallery team.
